I would suggest printing this with at least four walls, maybe even five to make sure the lithophane portion is solid with no infill.  Also print at a slower speed like you would a lithophane.  I started printing it and then decided to add more roses to the top part in the stl that I uploaded.  I plan on giving this to my wife for Valentine's Day, I hope you enjoy it and do the same.
