Hi, this is a desktop stand for an existing small to medium sized picture frame. Made from two pieces the top simply pushes on to the main stand piece and acts as a backstop for the frame to rest against. Just rest your picture frame on the stand for a perfect viewing angle :-) (picture frame not included !)
