I havent played around with the settings, but I did a high infill to make it hold up, and short layer height just to get a clean result. Support on the bottom part but not top, just depends on what your printer can do, might not need any at all.

Tried to make peg press fit but its a wee bit loose, I just put a bit of super glue in the square cavity, pressed together, and had the completed gem!
