Summary
This is a case for UCTRONICS 7 Inch IPS Touch Screen for Raspberry Pi 4, 1024×600 Capacitive HDMI LCD Touchscreen Monitor Portable Display(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VWDDWQ9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for Raspberry Pi 4 B, 3 B+. It features a stand that folds up flat. I designed it with the idea of using the display as a second screen for my laptop while I'm on the go.

Post-Printing
Post printing instructions
This model will require a little post-processing beyond the standard removing supports. The wholes are designed for an M3 screw and need to be taped with the appropriate tap (remember half a turn right, quarter turn back, repeat). The stand also needs some post-processing. You will need to line up the main piece with the hole and insert some form of a pin. I used a piece of a paperclip as the pin to hold the stand at the top and used some of the supports as material to fill the hole behind it. I used a soldering iron to heat the plastic (Safety reminder plastic fumes can be toxic and if you do what I did you should be in a well-ventilated area and using appropriate safety gear) Glue should also work fin to hold the pin in. Beyond that it is just screwing the LCD in place, then the back cover. The slider piece will need to be squeezed a little to get it into place, do the part that is in the slot before the part in the stand piece.
