Summary
There are times when you'd like to make a connection which is linked to another attachment using the least distance possible. This will work great. I could not find the exact thing I needed, so I made it myself. If you resize so that the outside width dimension is: 17.5 mm in one direction and 23.6 mm in the other (the square part, not connectors with the holes) it should work great.
Instructions
I sliced this thing using Slic3r - and used default supports. It's probably not the only way to do it, but for my printer it prints vertically with the 'blades' of the dual connector in a vertical alignment.
It printed ok, but the edges of the 'blades' did slightly grind with the cooling fan shroud on occasion. It might be best to use a wide spatula or similar tool to keep the edges flattened, so it won't get too out of shape. Good luck. Once you pop them off the base, They worked quite nicely. See my photos for a nice example of how I used this thing.
