I was inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/254298-laptop-under-desk-dock and decided to make the same thing for an iPad.

Upd. June 23, 2025: It should work with pretty much any tablet — you just need to adjust the width to fit your device when mounting it to the desk. Just screw one side to the desk first, place your tablet in the middle, and then position the second bracket accordingly. Once you have the right width, screw in the second bracket — just make sure to leave a small gap on each side so the tablet can slide in and out freely.
