Make your own handle for your workshop from any odd bits of tube or bar or even an old wooded handle that you have.
Simply measure the diameter of the tube and insert the dimension into the diameter_pull_bar parameter.

I had some off cuts of 15 mm copper tube, the OD measured 15 mm I added 0.4mm to allow for shrinkage.
The handle is fixed with 1 wood screw on each side.
