Summary
Update : here's a trick to make the grub nut go in easier. In your slicer, scale the grub screw in just the X & Y at around 0.95 (95%) while leaving the height Z at 1.0. This will make it easier for the threads to go in.
Note:
Use V2 versions of the base and rod if you want a more forgiving fit.
If you have an M10 grub screw, that can also be used to connect the rose to the stem - only if you can't get the printer to print screw threads properly.
Note that this prints with monoprice select mini - but use 0.175mm magic number for layer height instead of 0.2mm.
I don't like gluing parts and prefer to connect them with screws and threads. Preferably with threads I can print.
I took the SuperRose design, simplified the geometry a litte in Fusion 360, added some M10 threads and a grub screw and it appears to work.
Only the grub screw might need a brim for surface adhesion, all other pieces should print without any need for raft or brim.
There are two versions of the stem. One that can print in one piece and a second version that splits it into two pieces suitable for smaller printers.

Note the screw and stem should be higher infill of 50% to add strength so they don't break.
I printed the rose part on a monoprice select mini using 0.175mm layer height, and the stem on the cr-10 mini.
Post-Printing
Some cleanup needed if your fit is too tight
Note that in case your initial layer is melting or making a fit difficult, use V2 of the base and rod, and you have to file away some extra material that is making the threads less well defined.
