Tired of getting scratches and making mistakes when grabbing cards? This expandable design clearly displays all the cards, providing enough finger contact for easy selection. It has a firm and satisfying click sound when opening and closing. It can hold 5 standard credit cards, each placed in its own rotating sleeve. The stop limit on the sleeve allows each sleeve to be expanded to an appropriate distance. Finally, the two ends of the cards are visible, so you can quickly verify that all the cards are placed correctly without having to open the box.
Attention:You can also put one or two folded banknotes in the sleeve instead of a card, as shown in the last photo.
Print
Print all parts according to the provided directions, using a layer height of 0.2mm and a line width of 0.4mm. Do not use supports, edges, or floating platforms. You need to adjust the Z height so that there are no elephant feet. If you find any protruding parts, you need to smooth them out, especially the holes on the sleeve and back parts. Print one back, one cover, one plug, and five sleeves.
After printing is completed, slide the five sleeves over the pillars on the cover one by one. This should fit quite snugly. You may need to file down the protrusions on the pillars to allow the sleeves to be installed properly. Please note that each sleeve has a protrusion on the top and a groove on the back. There is also a groove on the cover and a protrusion on the back. When assembling, all the protrusions should fit into the adjacent grooves. After installing the five sleeves, assemble the back and then press the plug
You can now insert your credit card and start spending!
