I customized and printed the very nice card boxes Ian Smith.  Specifically, this one:  

Since I customized and printed around 12 of them for my Star Trek CCG cards, I wanted a way to move them that was less awkward than individually.  I designed this tray to fit the boxes snuggly. specifically 4 at a time.  

2 can be printed and then glued together for a stackable solution.  Though you may want to scale up the top (bottom?) one slightly so that it doesnt pull the lids off of the boxes.  Up to you!

Dimensions for a snug fit should be 158.95mm x 158.95mm x 12.60mm, though it may differ based on your output and the size of your boxes.
