Zip Tie for printing with TPU. Fast and easy print, very durable and warps around corners.

It holds tight under tension and can be opened by pulling up the head piece. Holding force 3-4 kg, depending on flexibility of the TPU. Increase Head thickness to increase the holding force.

If you need different tolerances, a more elastic or a stronger zip tie you can adjust the FreeCAD File.
