This replacement corner gear is for those who lost one of their QiYi clock corner gears or wants spares, just in case it should ever happen. I wasn't sure if there were options for replacement parts online, so I decided to make my own. This version cannot be magnetized, however i'm sure to make a magnetized version soon. I tried to make the tolerances as loose as possible while getting a secure result.

Printing recommendations:

0.4 nozzle (0.2 is good if you want more consistent and precise results)

0.2 layer height

Print orientation: flat on the gear face

Supports: Recommended for good results, but avoid supports in the center hole.

This was tested with PLA, but you can try other filaments to see your preference.

Note: Should the hole be too small, try reaming it with a drill bit. If it is too big, please notify me, and I will update the model.
