The original 5.5mm round ethernet cable had to be routed along the baseboard since it wouldn't fit inside it (more precisely, the mounting element in the wall was creating an obstruction). The original solution held the cable with only a short piece of adhesive tape. After several incidents where I managed to pull the cable out with the vacuum cleaner, I decided to create a more aesthetically pleasing and functional solution in the form of a small clip that secures the cable to the baseboard. The design raises the baseboard by approximately 0.8mm, which in my case is completely invisible and the entire solution is unnoticeable. I recommend printing in PETG.
