Would recommend your own print settings. I printed these in tpu and they are made on and for my prusa mini+ howver im sure they could be useful with other printers i would recommend adjusting the infill to have 4 parts with the same ridgitity instead of the 2 firm and 2 softer pads. I find the vibrations make lots of noise on whatever surface is it on. Hopefully these help!

these have an opening on the top that is deigned for the origonal feet to "sit in" i didnt want to make this more difficult than it needs to be the opening is roughly 1.1 inch x 1.1 inch
