i had to create this manchet, as there are no parts available to do this (at least not where i live), and I wanted to put the drain of our dishwasher lower than it was before. 
Since there was an inspection port with a screwcap, I made this. 
It has a rim, so it can not slide further than needed. 
After putting in a rubber manchet, the dishwasher works fine.
