I liked the design of cmidgley's mount. But it didn't work well for the camera I had. the camera was in the way of the Y axis when it came all the way forward. So i remixed it to fit the camera I had.

It was cheap ($10 with free shipping), and the video quality is good. Works well with OctoPrint.

I took the hardware from the original mount, and reused it for this, so no hardware is needed.

I printed this in ABS, but I'm sure it would work just as well with PLA or PETG.

You might have to use a brim if you're printing with ABS and you're adhesion isn't the greatest. I've printed several of these as I tweaked the design. Had to use a brim the first couple of times, but after adding the additional area for strength, it had enough surface to hold for me without one.
