When my home’s soffit angle and rain gutter placement interfered with mounting replacement roller blinds, I created this custom mounting adapter. It attaches to the Coolaroo brand exterior cordless model. This might give other do it yourself person an idea of their own.

Just follow the blind manufacturer’s instructions. But first screw in the adaptors to the wooden soffit. Since they are PETG they might tolerate the outdoor weather conditions for a while. But I painted the adaptors first. I caulked around the parts with silicone sealant for a finished look.
