I bought a new table saw, which had a push rod, but only one. I wanted more, so I made a good one, which also had a basic ruler and screw gauges in both imperial and metric units.
Notes:
- The screw size I chose is based on the most common size I use.
- The screw hole needs some processing, so when you first enter the hole, it will be very tight, but it will loosen up after screwing in a few screws. Just make sure you're using the correct size when you're adjusting it inside.
- The two-piece version can be printed on the A1 Mini
- When combined together, the two-piece version will have the same dimensions as the one-piece version.
- If you're printing a two-piece version, use some glue to permanently bond the two pieces together. It's already quite tight, but you really don't want it to come loose and fall into your saw blade.
- I used a layer height of 0.2 mm, four walls, and a filling/density of 15%
- If you want to add different colors to the ruler/scale markings, I just added some filament swaps and changed them back and forth on layers 42, 46, 49, 52, and 63, so you don't have to print in two colors on every layer.
- Enjoy it without losing your fingers. D
