This is a flexible washer which I printed in PETG with carbon fiber.  The flexibility comes from 12 blades which are the thickness of a printed line of filament.  They are at a 30 degree angle in the favorable direction for tightening.

The model was produced using PythonScad and the sizes can be easily changed.  If people want I can upload some customized STLs.
