Addresses 3 problems with the original Prusa RC3:

1. It's too large for women or others with smaller heads.
2. The visor part is not A4, the most commonly available size for clear sheets
3. The visor is too short.

The buckle included addresses another problem:

1. Buttonhole elastic is less common than plain elastic

The bottom reinforcement is not changed; it is just repeated here so everything is in one place.
