Print with desired resolution/infill to what you feel comfortable with. I did it on 20% infill with PLA and it holds up quite strong. If you want it stronger (but heavier) print it with denser infill or other material.

There is a small space cut out to add a small patch of old inner tubing. This prevents it from rocking back and forth and keeps it securely in place.
