Summary

Replacement window latch for a 2009 Thomas Bus.

Print Settings: I highly suggest you print with ABS, 100% infill, and with standard supports. Rotate to so it's flat and enabling brims will help with bed adhesion on ABS.

*Updates:

• Added a small edge to the inside finger hole.
• Tested on 12/28/25 and they work great.
• If you get a snag while sliding, there is a tab on the inside of your frame for your spring. Every so lightly file it to stop that. 50/50 shot if it snags.
• CLEAN YOUR FRAMES! Install the latch without spring and slide it back and forth a bunch of times and it will get smooth. Old buses won't have perfect frames.
