I've designed it myself in FreeCAD.

Shape's name is Truncated Icosahedron. It consists of 20 hexagons and 12 pentagons. Each of pentagon connects with 5 hexagons.

For connection of pentagons and hexagons together you should use small pieces (6-7 mm) of ordinary 1,75 mm filament. I recommend to assemble two semispheres separately, and then connect them each other.
