This is a quick base built for this Witch Hat Shadow Lamp Model

This was designed to accommodate the lamp printed at 300%. 

It was designed to fit this E12 base , and I am using this E12 Lamp and this E12 flicker lamp. 

I am using a wireless smart switch in mine, but it just needs a standard lamp power cord and some wagos to complete it.
