We got a Silverback basketball goal for Xmas and it wasn't shipped with a hubcap on the wheels. This would allow the washer and rod to pass through the goal and the wheel would fall off. Printed this one and it works perfect. 

Printed with PETG and 40% infill (might be overkill). I put it face down on the plate with the center point up and used support inside of it.
