This is a mount for the MPX.3 control board found in many inexpensive 3D printers or kits. The board has a unique 100mmx80mm mounting hole pitch that I have not been able to find elsewhere. There is one other mount on here that I've seen so far and that is thing:935264 which is more of an enclosure and not designed for 2020 extruded aluminum. I've also uploaded the SCAD file if anyone wants to expand on this. I'm no 3D designer, hence this was made in OpenSCAD (I do like to play with code).
