Summary

This is a draft design for a 7" headlight. I wanted something a little more curvy than a simple flyscreen. This is almost like a half fairing. Haven't printed it yet, but am expecting to need a fair amount of post processing to smooth out the surfaces.

I'm just lumping a few designs here:
-curvy_flyscreen: this one is ugly and weird, no judgements if you like it
-curvy_flyscreen2: a nice curvy shield, but I wanted something a bit longer
-curvy_flyscreen3 a longer curvy shield that should reach further back. Prob too tall for most printers

You'll need to play with orientation to get it to fit, I push one end below the print surface in Cura to make a little more height, you can also flip it and try sinking the other end into the print surface.

Most likely will need a wider brim for extra support at max height. I did a test print with spiralize on and it had trouble at the top of the print due to leverage and the piece moving around with the print head

The pictures are the flyscreen 3. I printed in PETG with 40% infill and the print is fairly heavy. I'm not sure how I feel about the length, but it gives good coverage on my speedo so it doesn't have glare. Need to figure out how to mount it. I may leave the odd curvature.

You will also need to come up with a mounting solution.
