Replacement for 24W 2V NC actuator for in-floor heating.  Mine are always breaking, and I got tired of replacing them.  

• Con: these are mechanical, not automatic, so any attached thermostats become useless
• Pro: they're a LOT cheaper to replace
• Pro: the threading allows for very fine adjustment

Printing

• PETG (PLA works, but will soften in heat)
• 100% infill - these aren't big parts
  • 15% is fine for the key
• No brim or supports needed

Use

• Print & cool
• Glue a m3 nut into valve_screw_cap
• Use a tiny bit of oil to mesh the threads in valve_screw_cap and valve_screw 
• Screw the cap all the way into the valve, then 90% unscrew
• Snap valve_screw over the actuator attachment (example)
• Use the valve_screw_key or anything similarly shaped to adjust the actuator to the desired depth
