Designed to support the bottle used in  https://www.printables.com/model/1348861-bees-water-platform-to-drink-with-bottle-reservoir/files The design slips over the bottle (1.25L PET)  onto fixed screws in the beam behind. I have added stick on feet to protect the balustrade.
