Mount for the BL-Touch to the standard Railcore 2 y-carriage. Print solid in PETG or PLA. The model includes a print-in-place support for the captured nut blocks. You will have to drill them out after you print it. The support is 0.2mm high, so the model will work well with 0.2 mm layer heights.
Its designed for use with the m2.5 nuts that come with the BL-Touch kit.
For the current iteration, with an E3D V6 hot-end, you need to use slightly longer m2.5 screws to get enough height on the sensor to clear the nozzle. I have m2.5x25 mm in there.
For assembly, you have to mount and tighten the y-carriage screws first. Then you can attach the BL-Touch using the springs to create an adjustable mount. Put the springs between the BL-Touch and the mount. Then you can adjust left-right tilt by tightening and loosening one side. You can adjust overall height by changing both screws together.
A few minor things that need improving: the nut captures could be a bit deeper and a tad tighter. It would be nice to add some kind of guide to keep the screws vertically aligned. This design allows a bit too much tilt in the y direction for my liking, though it probed totally fine.
