Notes:
When using CURA I set "Initial Layer Horizonal Expansion" to "-0.3mm" to avoid "Elephant foot", that can cause the expansion of first layers which leads to a narrower holes.
Post-Printing
Making it fit
If you have troubles fitting (i.e. due to "elephant foot") use a utility knife to make the holes a bit wider.
