Set the print to 20% infill with a gyroid infill pattern.
Set the layer height to 0.2 mm.
There will be two pauses during the print. The first pause will be at layer 28 to insert the string with a knot at the end into the designated slot. As the print continues, it will lock the string in place. The second pause will be at layer 30, which will be used to thread the string through the channel and pull the excess out from the appropriate hole.
