Summary

This half is one half of the rear wheel of the Multiplex FunCup

Just print it twice, glue together.
Use small metal tube with an inner diameter of 1 mm as a bearing for the axle.
Heat up the cut to length peace of the tube and melt it as bearing in the wheel.
