Here's a case for the Schneider Electric NSYCCOHYT230VID Humidity Sensor.

There are holes in the back for cables, and for attaching against a wall.

Also on the side for accurate measurement of the air.

Feel free to ask for modifications, I got it designed myself...

Print both on the surface so that supports aren't necessary.
