This modular bracket can be flexibly assembled to easily create 18560 battery packs of any size.

Square spacers are used on the bed surface, and printing is carried out at a high and medium speed with a 100% fill rate, without the need for any support structure. This design leaves ample room for subsequent spot welding or welding processes, making it easy to accurately position and fix the nickel strips.

On my printer, the tolerances of all components are well controlled, which enables the brackets to fit tightly and seamlessly together.
