The file I provided is perfect for my own use case but probably won't work for You.
I've included a scad-file to better change the model to Your needs.
Change the Variables with the help of Thingiverse Customizer or by downloading and edditing on Your own PC using OpenSCAD.

Please make sure that this is a really tight fit!
Because of that I would recommend PETG, due to it's flexibility You can really squeeze it tightly.

My Girlfriend really likes her spices but the container it was sent to her in had no shaker lid.
Online I couldn't find quiet what I needed, so I opened OpenSCAD and started with the simple design.
My goal was to create an insert for basically any jar, so we can use them for our favourite spices.

The SCAD-file was designed to be pretty easily editable and Thingiverse should allow You to change the variables to make Your own fit.
