It´s designed for cable diameter 4.5mm from top which goes via steel clip with diameter 6mm to remote cable with diameter 3.5mm.

You need to print the file two times and glued them together. Glue needs to be aplied in grooves on the sides, please do not apply glue in the place for cable.
