When printing, it is recommended to set up only support structures on the build plate to ensure the stable formation of the bridging area. For the single air duct design, it is only necessary to add a small amount of support at the bottom to effectively support the bridge deck, without the need to add additional support inside the air duct.
When designing these components, I iterated and optimized them multiple times and used PLA material for printing. During the process of continuously updating and improving the model, I used the previously printed old-version models to provide cooling support for the new parts. After testing, these old-version models did not melt or warp under the heat radiation of the high-temperature nozzle.
