This oneWishbone toolIt was a great success, which inspired me to create a customized storage box for it. More importantly, there are now so many types of collet sleeves that it's hard to keep track of them all. If they're not organized, sleeves of all sizes will pile up, and it'll be a hassle to find the right one every time you need it. In fact, I've made similar storage boxes before, but they were for other types of tools.Lathe chuck sleeveIt's designed in a way that's very user-friendly.

 

This project provides two versions of storage boxes: with foam rubber lining and without lining. The thickness of the foam rubber is set to 2 mm. In addition, the nut specifications of the chuck sleeve vary. The solution I made this time was tailored to the model I currently have. However, if the size of your chuck sleeve differs, the project also includes a STEP-format file, which allows you to easily modify the parameters to perfectly meet your own needs.
