Simply go to “change parametres” in Fusion 360 and add your desired magnet size, the rest just adjusts itself.

The sizes go from smallest clearance where the cut out is on the left to largest (no cut out) on right. If you decide to get a magnet stuck in the test print you can poke them out

3 Magnet diametre +0.15

5 Magnet diametre +0.25

6 Magnet diametre +0.30
