After some years of using this kettle the handle broke down.

As an engineer it was perfect moment to try fix it with 3D printer.
 

It is faaaaaaaaar from perfect design but, it works.

Because there will be high temperature it will best if you use ABS or other high temperature filaments. 

Remember to use supports.
