Ever feel like the printer would make so much more sense with the screen on the left side? Have a pesky wall in the way that you keep accidentally punching every time you rush to tame a spaghetti monster? Maybe your left handed and feel like the world just wasn't designed with you in mind? Well this was!
The Ender 3 v2 Left Side Screen Mount! Boy that title... kinda says it all doesn't it? Never mind.
The Ender 3 v2 Left Side Screen Mount was designed to print easily (as oriented) without supports, though you will need to remove a sacrificial layer from the four screw holes in the Back Plate. You will also need two M5 by 8mm bolts and two M5 nuts no wider than 8mm on the flats and not thicker than 4mm. These are used for securing the dove tail to the back plate and since the heads of the bolts will be inside the electronics case, it would be best if the bolt heads were as flat as possible.
Please let me know what you think in the comments and be sure to post a make when you're done! Happy Printing!

I used 0.6 mm wall lines to help the overhangs print as neatly as possible. This can be achieved easily by a 0.4mm nozzle by just changing the settings in your slicer.
Post-Printing
Fitting the Dove Tail part to the Left Side Mount part.
The Dove Tail and Left Side Mount parts are designed to fit closely without much adjustment. If they don't fit easily together and the Dove Tail is more than 1mm from reaching the top of the Left Side Mount, I would recommend reprinting the Dove Tail part with a slight negative horizontal offset.
If they are close to fitting but it feels to tight to remove them or if the Dove Tail is under 1mm out from the top of the Left Side Mount, I would suggest warming up the Left Side Mount part generously with a heat gun and pressing the Dove Tail in with the Back Plate attached firmly until it is just a little bit past the top or until you've reached your desired looseness.
The Screen should be able to be removed and replaced without much effort.
Relocating The Ribbon Cable
To Start with, power down the printer, remove the plug from the back of the printer, remove the screen from its mount and unplug the ribbon cable from the back of it.
The ribbon cable should be more than long enough reach the other side once you remove it from the cable path behind the drawer. You should do this carefully, I placed a dental tool behind it and slowly pulled it out a bit at a time.
Once the ribbon cable is out of the cable path you can simply double the cable back on itself to reach the left side with length to spare.
Their may be a more creative way to re-route the cable and if you find something out let me know in the comments.
Mounting the Left Side Mount
Remove the three screws from the stock mount and place them in the three holes located on the inside of the Left Side Mount.
Remove the stock T-bolts from the aluminum extrusion and loosely thread them onto the screws sticking out of the right side of Left Side Mount.
Place the Left Side Mount against the aluminum extrusion in your desired location, ensuring that the T-bolts line up inside the v-slots.
Tighten down the T-bolts, doing your best to make sure they have all rotated into the correct position as you tighten.
Changing The Back Plate.
Start by remove the four screws in the corners and set them aside.
Next take a blunt, flat tool - like the screw driver that came with the printer - and gently pry off the stock back plate.
Now, looking at the Back Plate piece you printed, make sure the screw holes in the corners are clear of the sacrificial skin by taking a drill bit of approximately the same size and twisting it within the hole until it is clear of debris.
Next, place the new back plate on the back of the electronics case, it should line up with the screw holes and cable plug and fit within the walls without much effort. If it doesn't fit well do not try to force it, you most likely need to adjust your horizontal offsets and print it again.
Once you have confirmed the fit and before you secure the Back Plate in place make sure you attach the Dove Tail piece to the Back Plate.
Finally insert and tighten the bolts you took out of the stock back plate and slide the screen onto the Left Side Mount.
Congratulations! You're done!
