I upgraded to using a drybox with a bowden tube.  This was my solution to using the bowden with my filament sensor, and I even added a small filament cleaner (because the ones I bought from Amazon were too big to fit).  Uses a single M6 heat-set insert with a bowden coupler, and a small chunk of NEW dish sponge for the filament cleaner.
