This model is very closely based on mediawiki's SVG file of the maintenance badge:

It's still essentially flat, but has some elements to allow it to “pop” in the same way that an actual badge (such as one worn on blues) would be.

I used this as a decorative element for a fun nametag.

As a work of the US Government, that badge design is in the public domain. The 3D modeling here is my own work, but in the spirit of treasuring the value provided by having a robust body of public domain works, I am releasing these files under the same license.
