Update Oct 30

Sorry, I messed up and uploaded the wrong file. Mod was made to the tape holder not the winder. Should now be fixed

As others have noted the locating teeth have a habit of snapping off on the original.

This is a remix where I hmade the central connection teeth area just a tad smaller. That way there was less pressure on the teeth when the two parts are snapped together. The fit is looser than the origanl but the teeth all stay in one piece.
