This is a housing that I designed for my Smart Environment Sensor that is based on ESP-12 module (ESP8266 MCU) and a BME280 temperature / humidity / pressure sensor. It's designed to be supplied by some kind USB power source and can be run e.g. with ESPHome using the yaml file I provide on github.
The case was designed with Fusion360 and consists of a bottom shell and a top shell that sandwich the PCB. I designed the top shell to friction seat into the bottom shell.
The bottom shell has a hook attached that can be used to hang the device on a nail with diameter of up to 2 mm.
The cutout for the USB power fits both the USB micro B socket on the newest revision D and the USB A plug on older revisions of the PCB.
There are cutouts for sensor cables at the positions of both the OLED I2C header as well as the sensor I2C header of the newest PCB revision D.
For PCBs that don't have the OLED populated I included a simpler and smaller version of the top shell.
