I printed at a 0.2 mm layer height with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 10% infill. In order to get 2 colors add a color change right before the letters start to print.  

It would be good to scale the model to a size that would be appropriate for your applications. To stick the sign simply add double sided tape to the surface below the letters.
