This is a mini laptop designed and printed around a 5" display with an Adafruit backpack and a Raspberry Pi 4 with a cooling fan.
Interference found with the screen and screen cover. Both have been revised to revision A, and are available under files!
I came up with a wiring scheme that works. It's actually pretty easy. Use a right angle extension cable from the display to the base, and then use a Y cable in the base. Photo attached. I'll add some amazon links if you need em...
So the screen won't close all the way. I I put a 0.5mm gap in between the keyboard and the display. That should help. Also, some of the metal of the display was showing. So I dropped the top edge down 1.8mm. Grab 5in_screen_b.stl
