A small box 40x40x40mm with living hinge. Hinge thickness is 0.5mm. PETG is or flexible material is reccomended over PLA. The model was printed with PETG at 0.20mm layer height, so that the hinge is 3 layers thick. We tested a version with less thickness and 2 layers only but it was too fragile. This one is quite durable yet flexible.
