These dividers are designed for the hardware bins you can find at a few retailers.  The ones I used are the Hyper Tough brand sold at Walmart.  

I picked these bins because they're the best combination of price, storage size and modularity.  Only downside is the limited storage when storing smaller hardware.  This insert doubles the storage in the box and allows you to remove bins and take them with you.
